Where is your site?

Our site is located in a prominent position on St James Milll Road in the centre of Northampton. We are located directly opposite the St James Trade Park and next door to Jewsons.  The What 3 words for our site is: copies.leap.taker

How large are your units?

20ft x 8ft - 160sq ft.
10ft x 8ft - 80sq ft

Do I need to have Protection / Insurance in place?

Yes. Protection / Insurance is required for every unit. You can either use your own policy (proof is required) or purchase cover from us.  

When are you contactable?

Our team are contactable Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm. 

Can I move in to my unit straight away?

Yes. You can move in straight away once your booking is completed.  We will email you details of our move in procedure.

Do I need to buy a padlock?

No.  We provide you with a padlock FREE OF CHARGE as part of your agreement with us. You may also consider adding another padlock of your own for additional security.

What is the minimum agreement length?

The minimum agreement is 4 weeks. Longer term agreements are also available.

Do I get a discount for committing for a longer term?

Yes. We please contact us for details of our offers. 

Can I view a unit?

Yes. Viewings are available by appointment. Contact us to make a booking. 

Do you take a deposit?

No. Just pay your minimum term in advance. 

How secure is your site?

Our site is bound by a steel palisade fence, has a state of the art CCTV system that is monitored 24/7 and access controlled gates and is therefore a secure environment.

When can I access my unit?

Access is available 24 hours a day 7 days per week. 

Can I book online?

Yes.  All bookings are completed online.  Our team are also on hand to assist you as required.
